Kenneth A. Strongin, P.E.C.
President and founder of S.T.E.P., Inc., began his career in 1973 with Engineering Agency, a division of General Employment Enterprises, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He worked for and managed three local offices for the firm. Ken was the top consultant of General Employment for the last 15 years of his 20-year career with the company. By the time he left, he had received every award offered to a consultant by General Employment.
Ken founded S.T.E.P., Inc. in 1993 and has remained dedicated to serving both professional/technical job seekers and firms. Over 35 years of experience have gained him a strong grasp of the industry and the ability to elicit worth referrals. Ken feels that in locating and offering personnel resources for the infrastructure industry, S.T.E.P., Inc. is providing a valuable service to the ever-expanding community.
John Blaisse
John Blaisse is a new addition to the STEP team, joining with nearly 5 years’ experience in the Talent Acquisition industry for a major global engineering and consulting firm. Following graduation from DeSales University with a B.S. in Psychology, he began working in center city Philadelphia and subsequently in the surrounding suburbs. In his previous position, John interacted with engineers, scientists and various professionals of all levels in the consulting space. John is a proud Eagle Scout, and still holds close those tenants of trust, honesty, integrity and an innate desire to help others.
